Installing New Beliefs in Your Brain • Beliefs are thoughts that are intentionally repeated and assigned meaning, which can create new neural circuits in the brain. • The more a belief is repeated, the more hardwired and automatic it becomes. • Installing a belief in your own worthiness can be difficult but important, especially in challenging moments. • Without conscious effort to install new beliefs, old programming will default. • Intentionally considering how to approach situations can help reinforce new beliefs in practice.
